At Enivo Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The item has not been activated on your gaming console or account.

📝 Important Note: Our products are digital downloads. Once a product has been activated on the buyer's account, the license is considered used and permanently linked to that account. As a result, the code becomes non-transferable and cannot be reused, making it ineligible for a return or refund.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@enivostore.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return request.

We will respond within 7 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

You may be asked to provide certain confirmations requested by our support team to verify that the product has not been previously activated.

Once we review the information provided, we will process your refund if your request meets our eligibility requirements.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return request has been approved.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange, follow the same process described above and specify the item you would like to receive instead.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect product or experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with details of the issue.

We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Since all products are delivered digitally, there are no return shipping costs. All return and refund requests are handled electronically via email.
