These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website 
operated under the brand Enivo Games, operated by:

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to 
these Terms & Conditions. 

1. Business Model 

Enivo Games operates as a sole proprietorship under Swiss 
law. 

We offer digital products including, but not limited to: 
• Digital game activation keys 
• Digital gift cards 
• Downloadable digital content 
• Other digital access products 

All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods 
are shipped. 

2. Delivery 

Delivery is performed digitally via: 
• Email 
• Customer account dashboard 
• On-screen display after payment 

Delivery begins immediately after successful payment 
confirmation. 

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address. 

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) 

By completing a purchase, the customer: 
• Expressly agrees to immediate delivery of digital content 
• Acknowledges that delivery begins immediately 
• Waives the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer 
protection law 

This waiver is confirmed during checkout. 

4. Refund Policy 

Due to the digital nature of our products: 
• All sales are final once delivery has occurred 
• Digital keys and codes cannot be returned once revealed 
• Refunds are only granted if the product is proven defective 
and unused 

Customers must contact support within 24 hours of purchase if 
an issue occurs. 

5. Region & Compatibility 

Some products may be region-restricted or platform-specific. 
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify: 
• Platform compatibility 
• Regional activation eligibility 
• Account eligibility 

We are not responsible for activation failures caused by 
incompatibility clearly stated on the product page. 

6. Fraud Prevention 

We reserve the right to: 
• Cancel suspicious transactions 
• Refuse service in cases of suspected fraud 
• Temporarily withhold digital delivery for verification 
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

Enivo Games is not responsible for: 
• Publisher account bans 
• Changes made by game publishers 
• Platform policy changes 
• Loss of access caused by third-party platforms 

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 

8. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
